Best View Imaging is a real estate photography and marketing company serving Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We provide photographs, floor plans, 2D and 3D virtual tours, printed materials and more to help real estate agents marketing their residential and commercial listings.

Job Description

Best View Imaging is seeking to hire new part-time seasonal photographers with variable hours. The photographer will take photos and draw floor plans of residential real estate listings as requested by the real estate agents. We will fully train you in our method of photography and floor plan drawing. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, hard working, creative, have an eye for detail, independent, professional, and trustworthy.

Hours and Compensation

Most shoots will occur Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, you will also be responsible for weekend shoots as needed. This is a seasonal position during our busy season which typically runs from March-August but varies from year to year. You will be paid a flat rate for each job based on the type of work completed and size of the listing, you will also receive compensation for mileage over 25 miles from your place of residence.

Requirements

• Teachable-Interest in photography and the ability to learn are more important than formal training or professional photography experience
• Reliable Transportation-You will be required to work in a variety of locations, most jobs will occur within 25 miles of your home. You need to arrive early for every job.
• On-Time: You will need to arrive at all appointments 10 minutes before the shoot is scheduled to begin and upload materials promptly when job is completed. We return final edited products within 24 hours to clients.
• Attention to Detail-We seek to give our clients the highest quality photos and marketing materials possible. To do this our photographers must have a strong attention to detail and high standards for each photograph.
• Professional-This job will require you to interact with our clients (real estate agents) as well as their clients (the homeowners). In this position you will serve as a face to our company and must always behave and dress
• Adobe Creative Suite-You should have basic skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or equivalent programs as you will sometimes be responsible for basic photo editing.
• Spatial Reasoning Skills-Part of your job will including using a laser tape measure to measure and sketch the floor plan of listings. It is important that these sketches are accurate to the best of our ability.
